If, at any time, you are unhappy with your service, email support@historybymail.com and we will cancel your subscription and refund the remaining amount.

Cartoon Boxes & Keepsake Folios

We have a 30-day return policy for both our Cartoon Boxes and Keepsake Folios. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • For keepsake folios and cartoon boxes, we require a few clear photos of the item to confirm its condition before approving the return.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@historybymail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is damaged or not in re-sellable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
  • For purchases that included cashback offers, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
